Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, well-motivated individuals to join our friendly and supportive teams to provide the highest quality care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan. Tasks required from a Support Worker may include undertaking personal care, domestic tasks, and support work. Personal care includes washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, medication, monitoring, and/or assistance. Duties include preparing and cooking meals, essential cleaning, shopping, bill payments, etc.
Support may also include such activities as supervising, monitoring, and coaching to empower service users to be as independent as possible and have control over their own lives. Support Workers may also be required to accompany service users to outings, appointments, or other events.

- Qualities including dedication, focus and compassion.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferable but not essential
- Specific experience of working with vulnerable people would be an advantage, however full training, a comprehensive induction, and on the job supervision is given
